The Broda + Gaffney Group was built on mentorship, momentum, and a shared vision for doing real estate differently.
Elizabeth began her career under John’s mentorship at eXp Realty, where he led the Broda Rockstar Group. As part of that team, she developed the strategic, education-first approach that now defines her work. What started as mentorship quickly evolved into strong professional alignment and mutual respect.
In late 2024, John and Elizabeth made the decision to move to Epique Realty and formally launched the Broda + Gaffney Group - not as a traditional team, but as a true partnership. Together, they combined their experience, strengths, and shared commitment to raising the standard of client advocacy across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
In Spring 2025, they opened their Freeport office, creating a dedicated space to serve clients and continue building a presence rooted in accessibility, strategy, and community.
While John and Elizabeth personally lead every client relationship, real estate is never a solo effort. Over the years, they’ve cultivated a trusted network of professionals who reflect their standards of excellence - from lenders and inspectors to attorneys, insurance agents, contractors, and property management resources.
